1 can condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 c. water
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut (optional)

Mix in blender. Pour into 10 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
