IMPERIAL EGGROLLS 
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. crab meat
2 oz. cooked strips of mushroom
1 egg yolk
1 sm. pkg. bean thread (found in Oriental grocery store)
1 c. minced onion
Salt, pepper
1 c. beer
1 pkg. rice paper (25), sm. size, round
Cooking oil

1. Soak bean thread in hot water for 10 minutes, drain, cut in lengths of 2 inches.

2. Mix together ground pork, crab meat, mushroom, onions, egg yolk, bean thread, salt and pepper to taste.

3. Soak rice paper in beer, remove immediately and drain on paper towel then put filling inside and wrap into shapes of small wiener.

4. Heat cooking oil until hot, drop eggroll into oil and fry until brown.
