BEEF CASSEROLE 
Celery
Onion
Green pepper
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1/2 can milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
Olive oil
Grated cheese

Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Saute celery, onion and green pepper in olive oil. Add hamburger and brown. Add tomatoes and mushroom soups, water and milk. Simmer 1/2 hour. Add noodles to beef mixture and bring to a boil. Place in baking dish; sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
