GROUND VEAL MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground veal
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. Cantadina bread crumbs
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Put in 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Drain off excess fat, let stand for 5 minutes.

Topping for loaf while baking:

4 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. brown sugar

Spread on top of loaf then bake.
