CRACKER PIE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
3 egg yolks
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
Lump of butter
Pinch of salt
Vanilla to flavor

Save out 1/2 cup of the graham cracker crumbs. Mix the remaining ingredients and press on bottom of pan.

FILLING:

Cook the egg yolks, flour, sugar, milk, lump of butter and pinch of salt. Cool. Pour over the graham cracker crust in pan. Beat the whites of the eggs until dry. Add 3 small tablespoon of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder. Spread over the pudding. Sprinkle remaining graham cracker crumbs over the top and bake in moderate oven for 15 minutes.
