CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
1 1/2 c. butter
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Dash salt
6 lg. eggs

Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until fluffy; add salt, vanilla and beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each, stir in flour. Spoon mixture into tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes at 325 degrees until cake tests done.
