FIRESIDE COFFEE 
2 c. non dairy coffee creamer
1 1/2 c. hot cocoa mix
1 1/2 c. instant coffee granules (you can use decaffinated)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in airtight container. Yield: 6 1/2 cups mix. NOTE: To make one cup of fireside coffee: spoon 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon of coffee mix in a cup. Add 1 cup boiling water; stir until blended.
