1/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. instant coffee
6 tbsp. Hershey's chocolate syrup
3 c. boiling water

Mix well and chill. Add 1 quart milk and 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream about 30 minutes before guests arrive. Serves 12-14.
