CINNAMON SACHETS ORNAMENT 
3/4 to 1 c. applesauce
1 (4.12 oz.) bottle ground cinnamon

Mix applesauce and cinnamon to form stiff dough. Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness and cut with cookie cutters. Use drinking straw to poke hole in each for ribbon. Place on wire rack to dry. Air dry for several days, turning occasionally. When dry, insert ribbons. Makes 12.
