MEXICAN SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 can kidney beans
1/2 lb. diced Longhorn cheese
2 tomatoes
1/2 chopped onion
1 sm. bag Fritos, crushed
Creamy Italian dressing

Fix lettuce, tomato and onion as for tossed salad. Rinse beans. Add beans and cheese to salad and chill. Add dressing to taste, and crushed Fritos before serving.
