LINGUINI PRIMAVERA 
1 c. broccoli florets, cooked & cooled
4 asparagus spears, cooked & cut in 1" lengths
1/2 lb. green beans, par cooked
1/2 lb. frozen peas
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
5 med. tomatoes, cut in cubes
1 lb. linguini, cooked al dente & cooled
3 tbsp. oregano leaves
3 tbsp. basil leaves
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 c. olive oil
1/2 c. sugar

Combine all ingredients and toss. Allow to stand at least 2 hours before serving to allow seasoning to penetrate.
