LEMON PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1 clove garlic
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 lemon
2 tbsp. sherry (optional)
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. oil
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. water

Salt and pepper chops and brown in oil. Cut 4 slices from center of lemon and place on top of pork chops. Squeeze juice from ends over chops. Distribute remaining ingredients on top of chops. Cover and simmer until tender, adding more water if necessary to keep moist. Serve with rice.
