PEACHES AND CREAM DESSERT 
1 egg
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
1 sm. pkg. regular vanilla pudding
1 tsp. baking powder
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. sugar

Beat together 1 egg, butter and milk. Combine the flour, dry pudding and baking powder. Stir the liquid and dry ingredients together and mix well. Spread in greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Dice 2 cups peaches on top of batter. Beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/3 cup milk. Pour on top of peaches. Combine the cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar and sprinkle on top. Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees for metal pan and 325 degrees for glass. Refrigerate leftovers.
