QUICHE BISCUIT CUPS 
8 oz. softened cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
10 oz. can refrigerator biscuits
5 slices crumbled bacon

Mold each biscuit into mini muffin tin to form cup. Combine cream cheese, milk, eggs, cheese and onion. Crumble small amount of bacon into the bottom of each cup. Pour filling in and top with remaining bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
