4 large sweet potatoes
8 large marshmallows
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 pkg. coconut (optional)

Boil sweet potatoes, chill and mash. Add sugar, cinnamon, pecans and melted butter. Form into balls around marshmallows, roll in coconut. Place in greased baking dish.

Bake about 30 minutes at 375°F.

Makes 8 servings.
