PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. Bisquick
2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin in large bowl on medium speed for 1 minute. Stir in Bisquick and cinnamon. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Frost bars with cream cheese frosting and refrigerate. Cut into bars.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Beat until smooth.
