STRAWBERRY JAM 
1 qt. strawberries
4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine strawberries and 2 c. sugar and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Add remaining sugar and lemon juice. Boil 12 - 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir until foam disappears. Let cool, put in jars and seal.
