1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable soup

Mix and chill overnight. Serve in a rye bread round with the center hollowed out and pieces of bread served with dip, or slices of party rye bread.
