10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. sour cream
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
1 pkg. Knorrs Vegetable Soup Mix

Mix above ingredients together. Serve the dip in a round loaf of pumpernickel bread that has been scooped out. Use the pieces of bread to put dip on.
