HAMBURGER VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All
1 (10 oz.) can lima beans
2 big onions
6-8 slices fat back (optional)
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice, or can cut tomatoes
1 lb. ground beef

Fry fat back and reserve drippings. Boil onions until tender. Brown ground beef, drain and set aside.

Mix Veg-All and other vegetables and tomato juice in a big pot, bring to a boil. Add onions, ground beef and fat back drippings. Bring back to a boil, then lower heat to simmer for 30 minutes. Recipe makes 5-6 quarts.
