HAMBURGER VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. onion
1 c. potatoes
1 c. carrots
1 c. cabbage
1 c. celery
4 c. canned tomatoes
1/4 c. rice
3 bouillon cubes or to taste
3 c. water
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
Bay leaf

Brown hamburger and onion, drain, add all rest of ingredients and cook until done.
