CHEESE POTATOES 
2 lbs shredded hash brown or shoestring potatoes, thawed
1 lb cubed Velveeta cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 pint whipping cream
1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
paprika

In a saucepan, combine Velveeta cheese, butter, and whipping cream; melt over low heat. Mix melted cheese mixture with potatoes and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread cheddar cheese evenly over the top. Sprinkle with paprika for color.

Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes.
