CHEESE SOUFFLE 
2 c. bread, break into pieces and pack into cup
1 pkg. Velveeta cheese, cut in pieces (at least 1/2 lb.)
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. melted butter
Little salt, pepper, paprika and 1 tsp. dry mustard

Blend all together and put in buttered casserole. Put little dots of butter on top and a few shakes of paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until set.
