TROPICAL GINGERED FRUITS 
1/4 tsp. grated lime peel
1 tbsp. lime juice
2 tsp. finely chopped candied ginger
1/4 ripe papaya, peeled and sliced
1 kiwi, peeled and cut into wedges

Combine lime peel, lime juice, and candied ginger. Sprinkle over papaya and kiwi or toss lightly to coat. Chill several hours. If desired, sprinkle with tin strips of lime peel before serving. Makes 1 serving.
