TROPICAL FRUIT SALAD | |
1 c. sm. macaroni 15 1/2 oz. can pineapple chunks 11 oz. can mandarin orange segments, drained 1/2 c. maraschino cherries (cut in half, drained) 1 lg. banana, sliced 1/2 c. coconut 2 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 2 tbsp. honey 1/8 tsp. each salt, ginger Cook macaroni (directions given on box). Drain, rinse with cold water. In large bowl combine macaroni, pineapple, oranges, cherries, banana, coconut. In small bowl combine juice, honey, salt, ginger. Pour over macaroni mixture. Toss lightly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 12 servings. |
