MARTHA'S COMPANY CASSEROLE

1 lb. ground beef (8 lb.)
2 cans 8 oz. tomato sauce (3 3/4 qt.)
1 tsp. salt (3 tbsp.)
8 oz. noodles (4 lb.)
1 c. cottage cheese (5 lb.)
8 oz. cream cheese (4 lb.)
1/4 c. sour cream (2 c.)
1/3 c. green onions (2 2/3 c.)
1 tbsp. green peppers (1/2 c.)

Brown ground beef, stir in tomato sauce and salt. Remove from heat, cook noodles in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse.

Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and green pepper. In each of 5 baking pans (13 x 9 1/2 x 2 inches) layer the following: 4 cups noodles, 1 quart cheese mixture and 4 cups noodles. Top each pan with meat sauce.

Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 1 hour. (Ingredients can be placed in the baking pans and refrigerated until ready to bake. Increase baking time about 1/2 hour.)
