PEPPERMINT BROWNIES 
6 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
6 eggs

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
Green food coloring

GLAZE:

3 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 square semi-sweet chocolate
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. corn syrup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease jelly roll pan. Melt unsweetened chocolate until smooth.

Beat sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, butter just until blended. Beat until light and fluffy. Add flour, salt, eggs and beat until well mixed, high for 2 minutes. Beat at low speed until chocolate is blended. Bake 40-45 minutes. Cool completely.

FROSTING: Beat powdered sugar, milk, peppermint extract and 6 tablespoons butter until smooth. Add green food coloring, spread on bars. Refrigerate until hard.

GLAZE: Heat chocolate, butter, corn syrup until smooth. Spread over bars. Refrigerate 1 hour.
