PEPPERMINT TEA BROWNIES 
BROWNIES:

2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. butter
2 squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
1/2 c. flour

FIRST FROSTING:

2 tbsp. butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. peppermint extract
1 tbsp. cream or milk

SECOND FROSTING:

2 tbsp. butter
2 squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate

Melt together 1/2 cup butter and 2 squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate. Add rest of ingredients for brownies. Bake in square brownie pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes and let cool.

For the first frosting, beat all ingredients together and frost. Add second frosting.

Be sure to cool thoroughly and let set between each layer. Also, best if chilled. Store in refrigerator.
