PISTACHIO PUDDING 
1 stick butter
1 1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
2 c. milk
2 sm. pkg. pistachio pudding
1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream
Cool Whip

Melt 1 stick butter; add to 2 rounded cups Ritz crackers, crushed. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat milk and pudding for 1 minute or so. Stir into pudding mixture vanilla ice cream. Pour over crumbs and refrigerate. Spread with Cool Whip.
