MEXICAN SALAD 
3 green peppers
4 med. tomatoes
1 med. onion
Lettuce
4 slices bacon, diced (fried crisp)
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vinegar

Slice or chop peppers, tomatoes, onion and arrange on lettuce. Add chili powder, salt, and vinegar; bring to a boil. Pour over salad and serve at once. Serves 4.
