FRESH SPINACH SALAD 
2 bags spinach, torn
2 cans water chestnuts, sliced thin
1 can bean sprouts, well drained (optional)
4 chopped eggs
1/2 lb. fried bacon, crumbled

Toss salad and ingredients with dressing. Reserve bacon to sprinkle on top.

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix together.
