FRESH SPINACH SALAD 
2 bunches fresh spinach
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 1/4 c. croutons, add on top

DRESSING:

2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. garlic powder
Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon

Make dressing the day before and refrigerate.

Just before serving, toss spinach, mushrooms, and bacon. Toss with dressing. Sprinkle chopped hard-boiled eggs and croutons on top.
