FRIED RICE 
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. chopped broccoli
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 c. diced chicken or ham
1 lg. green onion, chopped

Heat oil to smoking point in wok. Add eggs and scramble, stir constantly. Add rice, broccoli, seasoning, meat and onions last. Combine by stirring well. Put lid on for a minute or two. Serves 4.
