ROAST BEEF RARE | |
3 rib roast beef Bring rib roast to room temperature. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place beef in an uncovered pan without water or salt. Cook 45 minutes without opening door. Turn off heat and leave beef in oven with door closed for 2 hours. Serve immediately if desired; or, retain meat at room temperature. To serve, place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour. Season before or after warming period. |
