HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
3 lb. broiler/fryer, cut up
1/4 c. flour, approximately
1/4 c. salad oil
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices
1/2 c. teriyaki sauce

Coat chicken pieces with flour; brown slowly in hot oil. Drain off excess grease. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine juice with teriyaki sauce and pour over chicken. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken, keep warm. Heat pineapple slices in sauce and serve with chicken.

NOTE: Quick and easy side dish - Rice-A-Roni with pineapple/teriyaki sauce over it!!
