FANCY PANTS HAMBURGERS 
1 lb. hamburger meat
2 cans tomato sauce
8 oz. Cheddar cheese (cracker cut to save time)
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
garlic powder to taste

Form 8 thin hamburger patties. Press 2 patties around 2 slices of the cracker cut Cheddar cheese, sealing the cheese with meat. Spray frying pan with nonstick spray. Sauté hamburgers quickly on both sides; remove from heat. Pour 1 can over patties. Place slice of cheese over. Pour second can and seasonings and remainder of cheese. Simmer 20 minutes over low heat. Serve with steamed/boiled rice.
