HORSERADISH SAUCE 
1/2 c. plain yogurt
3 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tbsp. orange juice
Salt and white pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. sugar

Thoroughly blend yogurt, horseradish, and orange juice. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar to taste. If you want a stronger horseradish, add more, if weaker, add less. Serve with beef or seafood.

Makes approximately 3/4 cup.
