3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/4 pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. finely chopped capers
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. snipped chives

Combine all ingredients and use as a wonderful marinade for vegetable salad or for a salad dressing. Keeps well.
