HONEY BAKED CHICKEN 
1 chicken (fryer)
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. honey
1 c. bouillon cubes (2-3 cubes)
1 1/2 tbsp. orange rind

Cut up chicken. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Roll chicken parts in mixture and brown in fry pan with shortening. Place in baking dish. Prepare in bowl 1 cup honey, bouillon and orange rind. Baste chicken with honey glaze. Bake for 1 hour, basting often. Drizzle 1/2 cup of honey over chicken pieces 1/2 hour before serving.
