NO PEEK BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 lb. stew beef in cubes
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can of cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms
1/2 c. red wine
1 c. corn

Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Stir well, cover and cook on low 12 hours or high 5 to 6 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
