APPLE PIE FILLING 
9 lbs. peeled and cored apples
7 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cornstarch
3 1/2 tsp. apple pie spices
Juice from 1 lemon

Add sugar, cornstarch and spices to 15 cups of water. Cook until thick. Add apples and lemon juice. Heat through. Pack in hot pint jars. Seal. Process 20 minutes in water bath.
