MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. whole kernel corn
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 pkg. cornbread mix
2 c. canned tomatoes

Brown beef until crumbly. Stir in dry taco mix. Add tomatoes and corn. Bring to soft boil. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Carefully top with cornbread batter made with package of cornbread mix. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 15 minutes or until brown. Serves 6.
