BEAN SOUP 
1 stick butter
1 lb. sausage
2 cans peeled tomatoes
2 cans white beans
2 cans pinto beans
2 cans beef broth
2 cans chicken broth
3 cloves garlic
1 lg. onion

Brown and drain sausage. Chop onion and garlic; saute in butter. Drain beans and add to large soup pot. Add tomatoes and broths. Add remaining ingredients to soup. Cook on low 2-3 hours.
