CHICKEN CARUSO & RICE 
2 chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
Garlic salt & pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 (15 1/2 oz. or 2 c.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 c. celery, sliced
3 c. hot cooked rice

Season chicken with garlic salt and pepper. Stir in sauce and seasoning, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add celery and cook until tender. Serve over rice. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
