CHICKEN BARBARA 
8 chicken breast halves
8 slices Mozzarella cheese
2 cans undiluted mushroom soup
butter
Parsley
Salt
Paprika
Accent
4 slices ham

Bone and skin breasts. Pound flat with meat mallet or bottom of a quart jar. Do this with the chicken between 2 sheets of waxed paper. Season each breast with salt, pepper and Accent. Add small amount of butter and parsley. Add 1 slice Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 slice ham. Roll up breasts, tucking ends under and place in an oblong casserole. Spoon soup over chicken rolls. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
