POTATO CASSEROLE 
24 oz. pkg. potatoes O'Brien
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. green onions, chopped (including some tops)
1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed corn flakes

Put potatoes in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Mix together butter, soup, onions, sour cream and cheese and pour over potatoes. Mix everything slightly. Sprinkle corn flakes on top.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Serves 8 to 10.
