TACO DIP 
30 oz. can refried beans
1 avocado
1 tbsp. lemon juice
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. "El Paso" taco seasoning mix
1/2 sm. jar Miracle Whip
2 tomatoes, diced
Spanish onion, chopped
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Sliced black olives

Bottom layer: Spread refried beans.

Second layer: Peel avocado and blend (food processor works best) with one tablespoon lemon juice to form paste. Spread over beans.

Third layer: Mix sour cream, Miracle Whip and taco seasoning. Spread over avocado.

Fourth layer: Spanish onion, shredded Cheddar cheese. Diced tomatoes. Top with sliced black olives.
