STROGANOFF 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. minced onion
Garlic clove, minced
1 lb. ground beef or sirloin
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream

Saute onion and garlic in butter, then add ground beef and brown. Next add flour, salt, pepper, and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve over rice or noodles.
