1 chocolate cake mix
1 lg. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Prepare cake according to directions. While baking cake, prepare pudding according to directions. When cake is cooled, break into bite size pieces and layer with pudding and whipping cream starting with cake and ending with cream. Garnish with chocolate curls and maraschino cherries.
