PUMPKIN BREAD ROLL 
3 eggs
3/4 c. flour
2/3 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients for the roll, cover cookie sheet with wax paper and lightly grease wax paper. Pour batter onto this, bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Lay a dish towel on top of baked "roll". Roll wax paper on outside. Towel on inside. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. butter

Mix filling. Unroll cake. Remove towel and spread filling over entire top. Reroll, peeling off wax paper as you go. Makes 5 rolls and can be frozen.
